WhenAvailable is a free Android app developed by WhenAvailable LLC that helps you find the best possible time to schedule an event. Whether it's a dinner party, board meeting or a night out with friends, the app makes it easy to find a time that works best for everyone.
With WhenAvailable, you can create an unlimited number of polls and invite up to 20 people to vote in each poll. The app allows you to suggest dates and times for your event, and your guests can mark the times that work best for them without needing to have the app, sign in, or have an account.
In addition to the basic features, WhenAvailable also offers a Premium subscription that allows organizers to vote on behalf of guests, upload a cover image and logo for the poll, invite an unlimited number of guests, store unlimited guest groups, and send reminders to guests who have not yet voted. The app is always ad-free, and the current subscription price is $38 USD per year plus tax where applicable.
